What is Product Backlog?

The product backlog is the single, ordered list of everything that might be built — features, fixes, improvements — owned and prioritized by the product owner, with the most valuable items refined and ready at the top. It is never "complete"; it evolves as the market and learning evolve.

Exam emphasis: one backlog, one owner, ordered by value. When a scenario shows stakeholders inserting work directly to the team mid-sprint, the professional route runs through the product owner and the backlog.
