PMI offers three eligibility paths:

Set A (High School / Secondary Diploma): 4 years of project management experience (or PMP®) + 7 years of program management experience — all within the past 15 years.

Set B (Bachelor's Degree or Higher): 4 years of project management experience (or PMP®) + 4 years of program management experience — all within the past 15 years.

Set C (GAC-Accredited Degree): 3 years of project management experience (or PMP®) + 3 years of program management experience — all within the past 15 years.

All paths require an application and a panel review by senior PgMP holders before you can sit for the exam. Exam fees are $800 for PMI members and $1,000 for non-members.
